1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated agent. To be effective, a counter-notice must be a written communication that includes substantially all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Torlixa may reinstate the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days unless the original complainant files legal action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Torlixa maintains a strict policy against repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, Torlixa will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Torlixa acts as a service provider and cannot verify the ownership or licensing status of all content submitted by users. Torlixa is not liable for content posted by third parties. Our response to DMCA notices is provided in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
Torlixa reserves the right to seek damages, including legal costs and attorney fees, against any person who submits a materially false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notice.
6. Modifications to This Policy
Torlixa reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
